Yes, absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status of your package at any time. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder just in case.

We love tobacco just as much as you do, and keeping them in perfect conditions is very important. All of our cigars are stored in our humidity-controlled walk-in humidors in our warehouse. You can rest assured that our tobacco products are kept perfectly and treated with the utmost care.

We pride ourselves on our rockstar shipping! We know you want your cigars as quickly as possible, so we ship them as quickly as possible. If you place your order by 5 PM Central European Time, we will ship out your order that day, and delivery takes approximately 3 to 4 days. We also offer the cheapest Express Post shipping, and if you spend over €250, you can get free shipping.
